Upper arm or wrist?

Blood pressure can be measured alternatively on the upper arm or wrist. The measurement results are as reliable as different tests show when measuring on the wrist as on the upper arm. However, a restriction applies to the elderly, smokers, as well as patients with heart rhythm disorder and diabetes. This is recommended to measure the blood pressure on the upper arm.

Measure correctly on the wrist:

Perform the measurement at the same time of the day. Keep the rest time of 5 minutes before measurement. Enter the display on the inside of your arm. Keep your arm slightly angled and the device at heart level. Do not move or talk during measurement. To protect your vessels, you should not perform the measurement directly several times in a row
